Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and bdjt ("bdjt", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at bdjt.io and its associated subdomains and applications.

By accessing the bdjt platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the bdjt platform. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any service on bdjt. This requirement is strictly enforced. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. bdjt may request documentary proof of age — such as a copy of a Bangladesh National Identity Card, passport, or birth certificate — at any time, including before processing your first withdrawal.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

bdjt primarily serves players in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that online betting and casino gaming is permitted under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction before registering an account. bdjt makes no representations about the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that it is legal for you to participate in online gambling in your place of residence.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one registered account on bdjt. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If bdjt identifies multiple accounts associated with the same individual — based on matching personal details, device identifiers, IP address, payment methods, or other indicators — all duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonuses, pending winnings, or deposits associated with the duplicate accounts may be forfeited. Only the earliest registered account may be considered for reinstatement.

2.4 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and a valid email address. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. bdjt is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

2.5 Account Verification (KYC)

bdjt is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing their first withdrawal. Verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) requires you to submit copies of acceptable identity documents. Until verification is complete, withdrawal requests will be held pending. bdjt aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 48 hours of receiving all required documents.

• Acceptable identity documents: Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence
• Proof of address may be required: utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within 3 months
• For bKash and Nagad withdrawals: the registered mobile number on the payment account must match the number on your bdjt account
• bdjt reserves the right to request additional documentation in cases of high-value withdrawals or unusual account activity

Account Management

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised it, unless you have notified bdjt of unauthorised access in writing before the activity occurred.

3.2 Security Obligations

You must notify bdjt's customer support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if you believe your credentials have been compromised. bdjt recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which provides an additional layer of security via OTP to your registered Bangladesh mobile number.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your bdjt account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds) will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements. Self-exclusion requests are processed separately and with higher priority — see Section 11 for responsible gaming tools.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. bdjt will notify the account holder by email before applying any inactivity handling. Applicable charges or procedures will be set out in the notification and will reflect our published inactivity policy at that time.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bdjt accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, subject to availability in your location:

bdjt does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals from its own side. Standard charges applied by your mobile wallet provider or bank are outside bdjt's control and are borne by the account holder.

4.2 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted
• Deposits are credited to your bdjt balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment processor
• bdjt does not accept cryptocurrency deposits
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited — contact support promptly if you believe a deposit was made incorrectly

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever operationally possible
• Standard withdrawal processing time: within 4 hours for verified accounts during normal operating hours
• Withdrawals to bank accounts may take longer due to interbank processing times outside bdjt's control
• bdjt reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawals above ৳50,000, which may extend processing time
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn
• All withdrawals require a fully verified account (KYC complete)

4.4 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on bdjt are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). bdjt does not apply any currency conversion to player funds at any stage of the deposit, wagering, or withdrawal process.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

bdjt offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry dates. These specific terms take precedence over the general bonus rules in this section in the event of any conflict.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses on bdjt carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before the resulting balance can be withdrawn. The exact wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion's terms. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager ৳20,000 before withdrawing.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players completing their first qualifying deposit only
• Reload and seasonal bonuses are available to existing players as specified in each promotion
• A player may hold only one active bonus at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside of the stated wagering process
• bdjt reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer from any player at any time if abuse of the promotion system is suspected

5.4 Bonus Abuse

bdjt actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk or zero-risk betting patterns to meet wagering requirements, coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers, and providing false information to claim a bonus. Where bonus abuse is identified, bdjt reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the account.

Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on bdjt are final once confirmed by the platform. It is your responsibility to verify the details of each bet — including the event, market, selection, stake, and odds — before confirming placement. bdjt is not liable for bets placed in error.

6.2 Odds and Markets

Odds on bdjt are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the point of confirmation, not those displayed at the time you began selecting your bet. Live in-play odds are updated in real time and may change rapidly during an event.

6.3 Void and Cancelled Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant market is settled
• Incorrect odds were published due to a technical error — bdjt reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds
• A market is settled in error and subsequently corrected
• The event does not comply with the specific market rules published for that betting category

6.4 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

Cricket markets on bdjt — covering the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, and other approved series — are governed by the cricket betting rules published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform. Key provisions include:

• A match must have a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) result for rain-affected matches to be settled; if no DLS result is possible, the match is void
• In-play bets confirmed before a ball is delivered in a new over are settled based on the result of that over
• Player performance markets are settled based on official match statistics as published by the relevant cricket board
• Super Over results are treated as part of the match for match-winner markets unless otherwise stated

Casino Games

7.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on bdjt — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and virtual table games — are sourced from certified third-party game studios. These studios operate independently verified Random Number Generators (RNGs) and are subject to regular independent audits. bdjt does not operate proprietary games with undisclosed house edges.

7.2 Game Providers

Winnings generated during a period of confirmed technical malfunction are void.

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface before play begins. Live casino tables may carry different limits from their RNG equivalents. bdjt reserves the right to adjust table limits at any time and to restrict maximum bet sizes on individual accounts in cases of suspected irregular play patterns.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdjt. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and, where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the bdjt platform
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or glitches in the platform or any game
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider information betting, or any form of sports manipulation
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker-format games
• Abusing bonus offers through low-risk hedging strategies, multi-accounting, or coordinated group bonus extraction
• Attempting to launder money or use bdjt for any form of financial fraud
• Allowing a third party to use your account, including family members
• Accessing bdjt from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited if you are a resident of that jurisdiction

Intellectual Property

All content on the bdjt platform — including but not limited to the bdjt brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the property of bdjt or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bdjt platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the bdjt platform without prior written permission from bdjt.

Game content provided by third-party studios remains the intellectual property of those studios and is licensed to bdjt for display on the platform. Any rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by bdjt and its licensors.

Privacy & Data

bdjt collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is published at bdjt.io/privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Key data practices include: collection of registration data for account management and KYC; collection of transaction data for payment processing and fraud prevention; use of session and device data for platform security and responsible gaming monitoring; and no sale or transfer of personal data to unrelated third-party marketing organisations.

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity
• Technical failures, network outages, or service interruptions caused by factors outside bdjt's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, mobile network disruptions in Bangladesh, or third-party payment processor downtime
• Any losses arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service partners

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

bdjt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material — such as a change to withdrawal procedures, bonus rules, or prohibited conduct definitions — bdjt will provide at least 7 days' advance notice to registered players by email and by posting a notice on the platform homepage.

Minor amendments, such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to reflect changes in game provider lists, may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision date.

Your continued use of the bdjt platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a proposed amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure before the amendment's effective date, with any remaining real-money balance returned to you in the normal course.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to bdjt's operating jurisdiction. bdjt operates under an international offshore licence and its regulatory obligations are determined by the terms of that licence.

In the event of any dispute between you and bdjt, we strongly encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage without requiring formal escalation. Our support team aims to respond to all written dispute submissions within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, the matter may be referred to an independent third-party dispute resolution body as designated by bdjt's operating licence authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body will be provided upon request or following the failure of direct resolution attempts.
